منذ بداية الاحتلال ارتكبت فرنسا جرائم متواصلة في الجزائر، حيث كان الإعدام أحد أخطر أساليبها لقمع الثورة التحريرية (1954-1957)، في انتهاك صارخ لحقوق الإنسان شكّل إعدام الشهيد رحال بوعلام في جوان 1957 نموذجاً صارخا لهذه الجرائم، حيث لجأت فرنسا إلى تزوير شهادة ميلاده بإضافة 10 أشهر لتحويله من قاصر إلى بالغ، مما كشف زيف المحاكمات الفرنسية وتناقضها الصارخ مع مبادئ حقوق الإنسان.
رغم هذه الممارسات القمعية والإرهاب، لم يُوقف ذلك إرادة الشعب الجزائري، بل زادت هذه الجرائم من إصراره على المقاومة والصمود حتى نيل الاستقلال بفضل تضحيات أمثال بوعلام.
Since the onset of the occupation, France committed continuous crimes in Algeria,
with execution being one of the most brutal methods used to suppress the Algerian
War of Independence (1954-1957), in blatant violation of human rights. The
execution of martyr Rahal Boualem in June 1957 serves as a glaring example of
these crimes. France resorted to falsifying his birth certificate by adding ten months
to his age, thereby classifying him as an adult instead of a minor an act that
exposed the fraudulent nature of French trials and their stark contradiction with the
principles of human rights. Despite such repressive and terror-based practices, the
will of the Algerian people remained unbroken. On the contrary, these crimes only
fueled their determination to resist and persevere until independence was
achieved thanks to the sacrifices of martyrs like Boualem. |
