This research entitled "Organizational conflict and its relationship to the work network in the industrial enterprise Siram Decor and its problem is summarized in revealing how the organizational conflict affects the network of labor relations The study was formed from a theoretical side and a field side based on the steps of the descriptive approach in conducting the field study, and the study community is represented in the workers of the institution distributed over four interests and the sample size reached 50 workers approved in the collection of samples on the form and finally the study concluded that the organizational conflict affects On the network of working relationships a negative or positive impact within the enterprise.
