تعتبر الهجرة الداخلية من أهم العوامل المؤثرة في النمو الحضري من خلال انتقال الأفراد بصورة دائمة أو مؤقتة الى الأماكن التي تتوفر فيها ظروف العيش الملائمة، تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الهجرة الداخلية في الجزائر عموما وولاية باتنة خصوصا من خلال حجم واتجهات الهجرة الداخلية وأهم المميزات الديمغرافية والاجتماعية للمهاجرين خلال الفترة 1998-2008 وذلك باستخدام المنهج الكمي التحليلي ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام بيانات الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات (ONS) للتعدادين الوطنيين للسكن والسكان سنة 1998- 2008 وقصد تقدير حجم الهجرة الداخلية تم استخدام الطرق المباشرة والغير مباشرة.
غير أن الهجرة الداخلية في الجزائر تبقى غير واضحة المعالم بسبب عراقيل شكلية كما تعاني الجزائر من ندرة الاحصائيات المتعلقة بالظاهرة والتي تتوفر فقط من خلال آخر تعداد للسكان والسكن لسنة 2008 في ظل غياب تام للمسوحات ولسجلات السكان حاليا. بعد تحليل معطيات تعدادي 1998-2008 خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الهجرة الداخلية قد
زادت كثافتها مقارنة بالفترات السابقة غير أنه توجد صعوبات تواجه الباحثين في مجال الهجرة الداخلية وهنا تبرز الحاجة الى القيام بدراسات تفصيلية لكل منطقة على حدا واجراء مسوحات خاصة تتعلق بدراسة شاملة عن الهجرة الداخلية.
Internal migration is considered one of the most important factors influencing
urban growth through the movement of individuals permanently or temporarily to
places where appropriate living conditions are available. This study aims to shed
light on internal migration in Algeria in general and the state of Batna in particular
through the size and trends of internal migration and the most important features
demographic and social demographics of Immigrants during the period 1998-2008,
using the quantitative analytical approach in order to achieve the objectives of the
study, data from the National Office of Statistics ONS for the two national housing
and population censuses in 1998 and 2008 were used. In order to estimate the
volume of internal migration, direct and indirect methods were used.
However, the internal immigration in Algeria remains unclear due to formal
obstacles. Algeria also suffers from a scarcity of statistics related to the
phenomenon, which are only available through the latest population and housing
census of 2008 in light of the complete absence of current population surveys and
records.
After analyzing the 1998 -2008 census data, our study shows that the internal
migration has increased in intensity compared to previous periods. However, there
are difficulties facing researches in the field of internal migration and here the need
arises to carry out detailed studies for each region separately and to conduct special surveys related to a comprehensive study on internal migration. |
