تتناول هذه المذكرة مشروع جاك سوستال الذي نُفذ خلال الثورة الجزائرية، مع التركيز على منطقة الأوراس التي كانت تمثل معقلا للثوار. وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الأبعاد السياسية والعسكرية لهذا المشروع، وكشف دوافعه الحقيقية وتأثيراته على مسار الثورة. يُعد جاك سوستال من أبرز الشخصيات الاستعمارية الفرنسية، حيث تولى مناصب عليا خلال فترة الثورة الجزائرية، وكان له تأثير كبير على السياسة الفرنسية بالجزائر، وجاء مشروعه من بين أهم المشاريع الاستعمارية التي حاولت امتصاص غضب الجزائريين وكسر شوكة الثورة عبر أساليب غير مباشرة، حيث كانت له أسباب وأهداف خاصة في منطقة الأوراس حيث تزايدت المخاوف الفرنسية من تصاعد الثورة، ما دفع إلى إطلاق مشاريع ظاهرها إصلاحي وباطنها عسكري وسياسي، وفي الأخير لم يكن مشروع جاك سوستال سوى محاولة استعمارية للالتفاف على الثورة الجزائرية، لكنه فشل بسبب صلابة المقاومة الشعبية وخاصة في الأوراس، وهذا الفشل ساهم في تعرية السياسات الفرنسية وأسهم في توحيد الصف الوطني حول خيار الاستقلال الكامل.
This memorandum examines Jacques Soustelle's project implemented during the
Algerian Revolution, focusing on the Aurès region, which was a stronghold of the
revolutionaries. The study aims to highlight the political and military dimensions of this
project, revealing its true motives and its impact on the course of the revolution. Jacques
Soustelle is one of the most prominent French colonial figures. He held senior positions
during the Algerian Revolution and had a significant influence on French policy in Algeria.
His project was among the most important colonial projects that attempted to absorb the
anger of the Algerian people and break the revolution through indirect methods. It had
specific reasons and objectives in the Aurès region, where French fears of an escalating
revolution were growing, prompting the launch of projects that were ostensibly reformist
but ostensibly military and political. Ultimately, Jacques Soustelle's project was nothing
more than a colonial attempt to circumvent the Algerian Revolution, but it failed due to the
resilience of popular resistance, especially in the Aurès. This failure contributed to
exposing French policies and unifying the national ranks around the option of full
independence. |
