The housing heritage in all countries of the world reflects social images and daily-domestic practices within the lifestyle which crosses the community prevailing logic based on social relationships. That framework of housing heritage with its privacy is characterized by historical, technical and technological values which guarantee it the fanciest place in the policies based on real governance. Interests on heritage in general, and on housing heritage in particular attracts a large number of tourists and leads to be an essential economic source which is considered as an effective and sustainable. The traditional houses south Oued El-Abiadh in Algeria are characterized by those values which make the eligible to be strongly one of the important touristic sites of housing heritage in Algeria lived before independence period. Behind those values within the phenotype shared by traditional houses south Oued El-Abiadh make us wonder if there is really a genetic pattern inside those houses as a Berber genotype of this territory. The study concerns with the determination of the genotypic constants of five samples were chosen from South Oued El-Abiadh, by analyzing different houses surveys layouts quantitatively using Depthmap program, and comparing their analytic findings by other analytic findings in previous published studies of a contrastive Berbe samples choosen from another geographic territory of Algeria (M'zab), in order to deducing digitally the genetic constants inside the traditional houses South Oued El-Abiadh (in this study we concern specially to constants related to visibility and accessibility).
